Colin Farrell

Born: May 31, 1976 - Castleknock, Ireland

This handsome young Irishman was bitten by the acting bug at a young age and worked hard to gain his skills. He studied at the Gaiety School of Drama in Dublin and worked in numerous stage and TV (BBC) programs before moving on to the silver screen.

He won a Best Actor Award from the Boston Society of Film for his role in Bozz, a small story that became important to his career. His first role in Hollywood was Tigerland, and he is probably best known for his starring roles in Phone Booth and The Recruit.

Personal Quote: "I'm in no hurry to get anywhere. I don't have any plans. I don't have a map. If you did in this business, you'd destroy yourself."
