No One Film Stands Out at Golden Globes

No one film dominated at tonight's Golden Globe ceremo ... er, press conference. Atonement, which had led the pack with five nominations, and No Country for Old Men, which had four nods, won two awards; the other multiple-nominee movies, Charlie Wilson's War and Michael Clayton, were shut out. Does that mean those films will be left out when Academy Awards nominations are announced January 22? And more importantly, if Daniel Day-Lewis finally wins another Oscar but no one sees it, does it still count?

Director: Julian Schnabel, The Diving Bell and the Butterfly.

Screenplay: Ethan Coen and Joel Coen, No Country for Old Men.

Foreign Language: The Diving Bell and the Butterfly, France and U.S.

Animated Film: Ratatouille.
